HAWAII SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

MINIMUM ORDER $300 FOR HAWAII SHIPMENTS. 

To receive plants in Hawaii, you are required to have an import permit from the Hawaiian Department of Agriculture. This is a $20 fee per shipment (paid directly to the Hawaii Dept of Ag) or $100 for unlimited shipments for a 1 year period. 

We will provide you with the pre-filled out application, then you will only need to print, sign, and mail it along with the $20 to the Agriculture Dept. You will receive the approved permit back from them and then once you email the copy of the permit to us, we can get the plants sent out. 

EACH SHIPMENT REQUIRES A PHYTOSANITARY INSPECTION

The fee for this inspection is $75 and is done stateside before sending your plants to Hawaii. This fee covers all plants in your shipment.

PLANTS WILL ARRIVE AT YOUR ISLAND'S INSPECTION STATION

We are required to mail the plants directly to the inspection station on your respective island. Once the plants have arrived and been inspected, you will be notified that the shipment is ready and you can pick it up.

A SUMMARY OF HOW TO ORDER PLANTS TO HAWAII

• Add $300 or more worth of items to your cart
• Add $75 phyto cert option to your cart (Located on the Accessories Page Here)
• Send us an email at customerservice@airplanthub.com requesting the import permit for your address. We will send it to you and you can mail it in.
• After you've mailed the permit application and received an approved copy back, send the copy to us and we will get your plants sent to your local island's inspection station. 
• They will inspect it within a few days and you will be notified that it is ready for pickup. 
• Please bring identification to pick up the order.
