SHIPPING FAQ

  • Orders typically ship within 1 business day. You will be notified of any delays. On holidays and during big sales it can take up to 3 business days to get your order out. Please email if you need your order quickly and we will bump it to the front of the order queue. 
  • Orders ship Monday - Friday by 2pm PST via USPS Priority & First Class Mail. UPS will be chosen for west coast shipments over several pounds. 
  • We ship to all U.S. states
  • International shipping is available for select countries. Contact us to order.  
  • Direct wholesale email orders which qualify for lower pricing will be charged actual shipping costs, all other orders are charged a flat rate of $6.99
  • We are NOT responsible for any plants that die due to cold temps. If your area receives cold winter temperatures, it is imperative that you add a heat pack to your order. You can find the heat packs on our Accessories page 
  • After ordering, you will receive detailed tracking information about your shipment, including when the package is out for delivery. Please plan on being ready to receive your package when it arrives. We are not responsible for plant damage or death due to excessive heat or cold from being left in a mailbox. 
  • If your plants are severely damaged due to rough handling by the carrier, send us a photo of the damaged plants and we will issue a full refund for the price of the plant. 
  • When plants arrive at your home, revitalize them by soaking them in a bowl of water for 30 minutes to an hour. After soaking, let them dry for 3-4 hours before putting them on display
