They are very cute. They survived the travel in 90-degree-heat days with only slight brown on some tips. Very Impressed.

This is my first set of air plants. I used a piece of wood from our old oak tree . Our tree was struck by lightning. It sure made a good display for my air plants.

I was attracted to the beautiful pink color so I expected for it to be the same color as what I purchased
Store owner replied: Hello, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear of the disappointment with this plant. This species blushes color when exposed to regular, good light, so during winter capitata peach will be more green in color, then in spring and summer you will see the natural colors coming out.
This is the first order from Air Plant Hub that was less than perfect. I am not sure which plant is the T. harrisii and which are the T. capitata. There were no plant labels in the box, and the small plants, it looks very similar at this stage. I was planning on giving one of the T. capitata away as a gift, so it would be nice to be confident about which one is which. All the plants in this order, except one, have taken on a yellow color that concerns me. The weather turned very cold while the box was in transit and I think the plants might have gotten exposed. (I take responsibility for that. It is risky to order at this time of year.) I am disappointed that I reached out to Customer Service for advice and a plant ID, but got no reply.

Because of the velvety High trichome look I was under the impression that this was a desert species, but actually I read that it thrives in high humidity. Now it seems to be doing fine. I have the high humidity air plants in open terrariums with water at the bottom of clay balls.

The air plants arrived well packaged and in good condition. I bought quite a few, and I’m happy with all of them.
I love APH and have had positive experiences with my other purchases but I can't say I recommend their capitata peach, or at least not their recent batches. This is the second time I ordered one in the past month—the first one arrived damaged and discolored, with multiple insects hidden in the crevices including a two-spotted spider mite. I understand some things are out of APH's control during shipping but it was honestly in such a bad shape for something that was only in transit for two days.... However, I reached out and got a refund, so I decided to give it another go. My new capitata peach looks better than the last one but this one came with a broken leaf in the front, pictured above. I don't mind rehabing non-perfect plants but I know APH sometimes sells B-condition capitata peaches for less which makes me wonder why this one wasn't sold as one. Other plants have arrived in perfect condition, so maybe there are problems with their capitata peach stock. I love APH and I intend to keep my capitata peach, but I can't say I'm happy with the quality. I strongly recommend waiting until later in the spring or perhaps summer to order a capitata peach.

It arrived healthy and looks to be as described. It's currently green, which is totally fine and expected! I almost decided not to water it, since it looked so healthy when I opened the box. I gave it a short soak, dried it for a few hours, and now it is in its new home. I plan on buying from here again!
Why you insist on me giving multiple reviews for the same order is beyond me. Nothing changed. The order is still disappointing. ONLY one air plant was the size pictured in the images and that is the hanging 3 ft moss. Although it's not 3 ft it is still thick. Plus there. They actually put a smashed airplant in the bottom of the box, if anyone wants pictures of that I will show them. Airplants are ALIVE. treat them with respect
