Frequently Asked Shipping Questions

SHIPPING POLICIES 

  • Orders typically ship within 24 - 48 hours of order being placed. You will be notified of any delays
  • Orders ship Monday - Friday by 5pm PST via USPS Priority & First Class Mail 
  • We ship to all U.S. states except Hawaii & Alaska 
  • International shipping is not available at this time 
  • We are NOT responsible for any plants that die due to cold temps. If your area receives cold winter temperatures, it is imperative that you add a heat pack to your order. You can find the heat packs on our Accessories page 
  • After ordering, you will receive detailed tracking information about your shipment, including when the package is out for delivery. Please plan on being ready to receive your package when it arrives. We are not responsible for plant damage or death due to excessive heat or cold from being left in a mailbox. 
  • If your plants are severely damaged due to rough handling by the carrier, send us a photo of the damaged plants and we will issue a full refund for the price of the plant. 
  • When plants arrive at your home, revitalize them by soaking them in a bowl of water for 30 minutes to an hour. After soaking, let them dry for 3-4 hours before putting them on display
