Returns

If you ordered a plant and your plant arrives in poor shape, please send us a picture within 24 hours of receiving the plant and we would be happy to send you a new one at no cost. You do not need to return the original plant to us. Note: We are not responsible for damage to plants due to environmental conditions. If your order is being shipped in wintertime to a cold climate, add a heat pack to your order to ensure plant health. If your order is shipped to a hot climate, make sure that you are home to receive your plants.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@airplanthub.com.

Shipping
To return your product (non-plant items only), contact us at customerservice@airplanthub.com with your order number, and what you'd like to return. We will reply to you within 24 hours with return instructions including address information. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Due to cross contamination potentials, we do not accept returns on plants, only returns of hard good accessories are granted. As mentioned earlier, refunds will be issued for any plants that arrive with issues. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
